They were accommodating to us being late due to flight delays, however we couldn’t order the fish we wanted on the menu unfortunately due to it being “too much food”. The chair I sat on was breaking and wobbly. The service was slow and not the most inviting. The food however was delicious.
Excellent hotel on every level, fabulous friendly and really helpful staff, it’s all very stylish and set right on the water at the marina . The room was amazing, spacious, lovely view over the pool and sea, kettle and fridge, super bathroom with big shower and dual sinks, and such a comfy bed, just superb. Breakfast was first class with lots of hot and cold choices, beautifully presented and view from restaurant over the marina was terrific. We’re definitely going to stay again when we visit Pula.
We stayed here two nights. We arrived in the evening on a Thursday. Having read about the hotel restaurant, we were looking forward to having our dinner there and enjoying a relaxed evening. Upon arrival the receptionists told us that the hotel restaurant was closed from Thursday until Sunday due to weddings. There was absolutely no information on booking.com about this. We asked where we could have dinner, and the solution was the sushi bar which was in the hotel bar. Of course, for people who don’t eat sushi, this was unacceptable. Apart from this, there was absolutely no compensation from the hotel. Not even some drinks. At the end, we paid a full amount for a 4 star hotel, which was in practice 3 stars… Why did we not cancel, because the booking.com compensated us instead of the hotel. For me, good furniture is something you can buy, but hospitality needs to come from people (managers, owners of the hotel). I give 2 stars to this hotel only because of the very polite receptionists and breakfast crew.
Accommodation is out on a limb at the edge of the resort. Ok if you have a car ||It is opposite a Stone Quarry that bangs continuously from 830-5 making it impossible to sit outside. Apparently it stops for August. Breakfast is limited but …

We only came here for breakfast but that was actually a great experience, much nicer than some of the other breakfasts in town! They load the table up with fresh bread, pastries, cold cuts and fresh fruit, and you can get eggs any way you like. It’s a very spacious room with a beautiful view of the harbour and loads of natural light. Would definitely come back!
